The security of EffectiveHiring® resources and customer information is a top priority. EffectiveHiring® treats user data as a valuable asset and builds its services on industry-standard technologies that offer the highest levels of security, availability, and fault tolerance. In addition to adhering to the TAB Privacy Policy, EffectiveHiring® applies technology and operations practices that are designed to ensure that user data is secure:
- When you send us email we won't keep or share your email address with anyone outside of EffectiveHiring® staff necessary to respond to your question. We'll only use your email address to respond to your requests for information.
- Discrete, authenticated sessions. EffectiveHiring® grants access to the user's account from the browser. To end the session, the user either logs out or leaves the session inactive. After the session has ended, user data can no longer be accessed without user re-authentication.
- Personal information collected for the creation of an account includes: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, position/job title, and organization.
- To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
- We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. We do not use cookies for collecting user information from the site and we will NOT collect any information about you except that required in producing your account.
- You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information (Name, e-mail address, etc.) by logging into your account or by sending an e-mail to: info@effectivehiring.com. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before making corrections.
Tampering with the EffectiveHiring® web site is against the law. If anyone tries to tamper with it, they may be punished under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
