Where do the EffectiveHiring® pre-employment applications come from?

Employers create pre-employment applications using our custom questionnaire or with their own questionnaires.

How do applicants find the questionnaires and apply for the open position?

EffectiveHiring® is source independent! Use any channel you wish to publicize job openings: in print or online; on job boards or on your own corporate Website. EffectiveHiring® also generates a unique Job ID number to use in print publications. Direct all applicants to one location to apply for the open position, no matter where the opening is posted!
